About NourishKids
Every family deserves to feed their child with confidence. That's why we built NourishKids: a meal-planning and growth-tracking app that turns your child's age, weight, and appetite into weekly meal plans, kid-safe recipes, and growth tracking your pediatrician would approve of.
Why we built it
Between first bites at 6 months and the fussy phases of toddlerhood, parents face hundreds of small decisions every week: what to cook, what texture is safe at this age, whether growth is on track. Generic meal planners don't account for a baby's developmental stage. NourishKids was built to fill that gap - one app that grows with your child, not a generic meal planner.
How it works
- Add your child - age, weight, height, and any allergies. The plan adjusts automatically as they grow.
- Get a weekly plan - balanced meals and snacks, built around what's in season and easy to source.
- Track their growth - log weight and height and see it plotted against WHO growth standards over time.
What's inside
- 100+ kid-safe recipes - from first purées to family meals, filtered by age stage and allergies.
- WHO-based growth tracking - weight, height, and head circumference plotted the way your pediatrician plots it.
- Age-aware textures - texture stages follow WHO complementary feeding guidance; every child develops at their own pace.
- Allergy filtering - meal plans adjust automatically around the foods your family avoids.
A planning tool, not a medical device
Every recipe and texture stage in NourishKids is designed around WHO complementary feeding guidance. Growth tracking follows WHO reference standards - the same curves your pediatrician uses. But the app is a planning tool, not a substitute for professional advice. If you have concerns about your child's growth, allergies, or health, always consult your pediatrician.
Coming soon to mobile
