Getting started
How do I create an account?
Download NourishKids from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up with your email. You'll receive a one-time verification code to confirm your account.
How do I add my child?
After signing in, tap "Add your child" and enter their name or nickname, date of birth, weight, and height, plus any allergies. Your meal plans adjust automatically from there.
Meal plans and recipes
How are meal plans personalized?
Plans are built from your child's age, weight, height, and allergies. As they grow, the plan adjusts to their new stage - you don't need to reconfigure anything.
What age range does NourishKids cover?
NourishKids covers children from 6 months to 6 years, across six texture stages: from smooth purées at 6–7 months to family meals for toddlers.
Why is part of a recipe locked on the website?
The website shows a taste of the recipe library. The full ingredient list, step-by-step method, and portion sizes for your child's age are in the NourishKids app.
Are the recipes safe for my child's age?
Every recipe is tagged with an age stage and texture guideline that follows WHO complementary feeding guidance. Always supervise your child while eating and check ingredients for allergens.
Growth tracking
How does growth tracking work?
Log your child's weight, height, and head circumference, and the app plots them against WHO growth standards over time - the same way your pediatrician plots them.
Is NourishKids a medical tool?
No. NourishKids is a planning and tracking tool, not a medical device. If you have concerns about your child's growth or health, always consult a pediatrician.
Account and billing
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your app store account settings.
