These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NourishKids mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
The Service is intended for adults - parents, guardians, and caregivers - managing nutrition for children aged 6 months to 6 years. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
2. The Service
NourishKids provides age-staged meal plans, recipes, and growth tracking. We work hard to keep the Service accurate, but meal plans and recipes are general guidance, not personalized medical advice.
3. Medical disclaimer
NourishKids is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.Growth percentiles, meal plans, and recipe suggestions are informational tools based on published reference standards. Always consult a qualified pediatrician, doctor, or registered nutritionist about your child's health, growth, feeding, or allergies - especially if you have concerns about weight gain, growth trends, food intolerances, or choking risk. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your child's age, weight, height, and allergies.
- Supervise your child while eating and follow age-appropriate texture and choking-safety guidance.
- Check ingredients for allergens and suitability before preparing any recipe.
- Use the Service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer it.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content, design, logos, and code, is owned by NourishKids or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Service content without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party links and app stores
The Service may link to third-party websites (such as app stores) that have their own terms and policies. Your use of the NourishKids app is also subject to the terms of the app store from which you downloaded it (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play).
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the law.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NourishKids and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
